About The Book
Choice Privilege is a revolutionary and timely challenge to the false narrative, put forward by the Left, media, and academia. The false premise, that America is an inherently racist country, where “blacks” and other minorities are systemically oppressed and opportunities for self-advancement are reserved for “whites only.”
This book tracks Tate’s childhood in Zimbabwe and migration to the United States as a college student, in search for a better life. After arriving in America at 19 with nothing but a suitcase and $300 in her pocket, Tate’s life becomes a living contradiction to the Left’s false narrative as she achieves great success. By Age 27, Tate has a thriving small business that employed 5 people. Tate credits hard work, self-determination, good choices and her faith in God for her success.
The book contends that it is these principles and values that determine one’s success in America and not the color of one’s skin. Cultural differences between African immigrants and Africans-Americans are also explored as a means to explain the economic disparities between African immigrants (who tend to thrive in America) and their African-American counterparts.
More importantly, this book uncovers the larger, neo-Marxist agenda, behind the promotion of “White Privilege”/Critical Race Theory as a plot to divide and conquer the nation from within. After having lived under Zimbabwe’s Marxist Ruler, Mugabe, Tate is able to recognize the Marxian tactics and rhetoric being used by the left to bring down America.
